How do i tell Norton Antivirus 2007 to allow certain ports to be accessed?

The actual problem is ensuring RuneScape/Java is allowed to open outgoing network connections on ports 43594. I have tried basically everything, but i still cant get it to allow the port. Remember im using NORTON ANTIVIRUS --%26gt; 2007 %26lt;--

You need to allow it in your firewall.

Try to look at Port Forward.
