Need help with new computer and VIRUS?

I got a new computer last week, Acer Aspire 5630. I have Norton and Windows Defender. Virus W32.myzor.fk@yf. I dont want to download anymore software if i can help it! Noton cant see the Virus and windows Defender says its deleted it. What should I do, Im close to taking it back!!
